A <br />3 <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE STAFF OF THE LANDFILL OWNERS GROUP TO <br />SUBMIT A REPORT CONCERNING THE SEARCH FOR A NEW LANDFILL TO THE <br />CARRBORO BOARD OF ALDERMEN, CHAPEL HILL TOWN COUNCIL AND ORANGE <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />WHEREAS, the elected officials of the three governing bodies which <br />own the Orange County Landfill have raised questions concerning the <br />search for a new landfill; and <br />WHEREAS, the Landfill Owners' Group has reviewed the draft report <br />prepared by the staff and consultants, amended said report, and now <br />approves it for distribution; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LANDFILL OWNERS' GROUP, that <br />said report shall be submitted to the three governing bodies for <br />their consideration. <br />This the 25th day of June, 1992. <br />
