R A � <br />Certificates of Insurance reflecting such coverage must <br />be furnished to Orange County and shall contain the <br />provision that Orange County will be given thirty days <br />written notice of any intent to amend or terminate such <br />policies by either the Transportation agency or the <br />insuring company. <br />SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE C.A.T. PROGRAM <br />1. To assign professional staff within the CAT Program <br />to administer and coordinate Transportation. <br />2. To provide necessary client information on a client <br />request form. <br />3.
