24 <br />EFLAND CHEEKS NEMMORHOOD PARK PROTECT <br />CAPITAL PROTECT ORDRYANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pusuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the fallowing capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is the design and development of a neighborhood park within the <br />Efland - Cheeks community. This project will be built in conjunction with the Efland Cheeks <br />Community Center and adjacent to the Efland Cheeks Elementary School. The project <br />will be financed by appropriations from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br />Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund $43,750 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Efland- Cheeks Neighborhood Park Project $43,750 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Efland - Cheeks Neighborhood Park Capital <br />Project Ordinances. <br />Section 6.
