ORANGE COUNTY C.A.T. PROGRAM <br />VEHICLE LEASE AGREEMENT <br />This agreement entered into this 1,5t_ day of July - _,1992 <br />by and between the County of Orange <br />hereinafter referred to as The Cody <br />and <br />hereinafter referred to as <br />The purpose of this agreement is to outline the <br />conditions under which the <br />and will cooperatively provide <br />human service transportation to Orange County's elderly, <br />infirmed, and disadvantaged as a participating member of the <br />C.A.T. (Coordinated Agency Transportation) system. <br />SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF <br />1. To lease the following identified vehicles or similar <br />size at the hours specified: <br />1985 Chevrolet Bus w /lift (C.A.T. 5) 1GBKP32M3F3314971 <br />2. To provide all insurance, fuel, maintenance repairs and <br />replacement for each leased vehicle. <br />SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF Orange EntPrQrj-se,9 <br />1. To reimburse Orange at the per mile rate of <br />$.35 for a van or X55 per mile for a minibus due 30 <br />tdays after billing. <br />2. To operate and schedule the use of the leased <br />vehicle(s) on behalf of human service clients and <br />approved groups, according to the Orange County <br />Transportation Board policy and procedures. <br />3. To park all leased vehicles at the CAT parking lot (300 <br />West Tryon St., Hillsborough) when not in use. <br />4. To complete all required vehicle operation reports and <br />submit to the Orange County C.A.T. Supervisor in the <br />Department on Aging. <br />The term of this contract shall be from July 1, 1992 <br />through , unless sooner terminated by either <br />party giving 3 days prior written notice to the other party <br />of intention to terminate. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, _County of Orange and <br />have executed the <br />Agreement of the date first above written. <br />�- - r <br />Date <br />
