The Agency will also be required to <br />participate in appropriate training workshops by the <br />Concerned Funding Agency or the COG. <br />Failure to comply with the <br />in either withholding <br />suspension /termination of <br />required to participate in <br />shall apply to each of <br />specified in the Schedule <br />following formula: <br />report requirements may result <br />of funds or possible <br />the contract. Data to be Furnished Agency. All information, data, <br />reports, records and maps which are existing, readily <br />available and reasonably necessary, as determined by COG, <br />for the performance by the Agency of the work and <br />services required by this Contract shall be furnished to <br />the Agency without charge by COG. COG, its agents and <br />employees, shall fully cooperate with the Agency in the <br />performance of the Agency's duties under this Contract. <br />18. Rights in Documents Materials and Data Produced. Agency <br />agrees that all reports, drawings, studies, <br />specifications, estimates, maps, computations and other <br />data prepared by or for it under the terms of this <br />contract shall be delivered to, become and remain, the <br />property of COG and the Agency shall have the right to <br />use same without restriction or limitation and without <br />compensation to the other. For the purposes of this <br />Contract, "data" includes writings, sound recordings, or <br />other graphic representations, and works of a similar <br />nature. No reports, maps or other documents produced in <br />whole or part under this contract shall be the subject of <br />an application for copyright by or on behalf of the <br />Agency or its subcontractors. The work to be performed <br />under this Contract may be subject to certain regulations <br />issued by the Concerned Funding Agency. Information <br />regarding these relevant regulations may be obtained upon <br />written request to COG. This Contract does not provide <br />for the development of systems analysis products, models, <br />electronic data processing systems, software and related <br />services. Any development of such methods, materials, <br />logic and systems shall be paid for by the Agency from <br />funds not allocated to this Contract as local support and <br />shall be the property of the Agency. <br />19. Identification of Documents. All reports, maps and other <br />documents completed as a part of this Contract shall bear <br />on the title page of such report, map or document, the <br />following legend: "Prepared by (insert name of Agency) <br />under Contract with the Triangle J COG."
