6. Collection of Required Matchinc <br />its obligation to provide matcl <br />agreement, the Agency hereby <br />contribute to the project the <br />resources, where applicable. <br />requirements, based upon net <br />follows: <br />4 <br />Resources. Recognizing <br />ling resources under this <br />agrees to secure and <br />required local matching <br />Minimum local matching <br />project costs are as <br />Title III -B, Legal Assistance 10% <br />The COG will not be obligated to make any payments (as <br />required by paragraph 5(a)) until the Agency shall <br />deposit to the project account, or, otherwise furnish to <br />the Project, the required local match for the grant funds <br />requested. In no case shall the local match directly or <br />indirectly consist of federal funds or state funds from <br />any source nor may any of the funds paid to the Agency <br />hereunder be used to match any other federal or state <br />funds. The amounts and sources of the non - federal match <br />are described in the Schedule I. <br />7. Participant Input. The Agency shall, with the assistance <br />of the COG, develop a procedure for providing elderly <br />service recipients with an opportunity to assess and <br />evaluate the program. This assessment shall be performed <br />on an annual basis. <br />8. Agency Is Personnel. Agency represents that it has, or <br />will secure at its own expense, all personnel required in <br />performing the services under this Contract. Such <br />personnel shall not be employees of COG, nor shall such <br />personnel have been employees of COG during any time <br />within the twelve -month period immediately prior to the <br />date of this Contract, except with the express prior <br />written consent of COG. Further, Agency agrees that no <br />one employed by COG now, or within the twelve -month <br />period immediately prior to the date of this Contract, <br />shall be involved in any way with the performance of this <br />Contract, without the express prior written approval of <br />COG. <br />9. Approval of Subcontracts. None of the work of services <br />to be performed under this Contract by the Agency shall <br />be subcontracted without the prior written approval of <br />COG. If such subcontracting is authorized as herein <br />provided, all subcontract documents shall be submitted to <br />COG for review and approval prior to the execution of <br />such subcontract. Further, if requested by COG, the <br />Agency shall provide COG with such documentation as it <br />shall require, regarding the method the Agency used in <br />selecting its subcontractor. The Agency acknowledges <br />that if the work or services to be performed under this <br />Contract is financed solely or partially through Federal <br />funds, the selection of subcontractors is governed by <br />regulations requiring competition between potential <br />subcontractors or adequate justification for sole source <br />
