18 <br />EMERGENCYMANAGEMENT BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PROTECT <br />CAPITAL PROTECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the orange County Board of County Commissioners that pusuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the renovation and expansion of the Emergency Management <br />Building on New Hope Church Road. This project will be financed by bond proceeds <br />and an appropriation from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br />Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund $80,000 <br />Bond Funds 280.000 <br />Total Revenue $360,000 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Emergency Management Building Improvements $360,000 <br />Project <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Emergency Management Building Improvements <br />Project ordinances. <br />Section 6.
