O Provider will establish a procedure for <br />determining that representation in fee - generating <br />cases is unavailable from the private bar. <br />O Provider who is not a Legal Service Corporation <br />grantee will coordinate service with Legal <br />Services Corporation grantees in the area. <br />O Provider will work with other advocacy efforts of <br />the aging network such as the community service <br />advisor program and the nursing and domiciliary <br />home community advisory committees. <br />
