as <br />RESOLUTION OF THE ORANGE COIINTY <br />• BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED,' -that on the 29th day of June, IR92,_the <br />Board of Commissioners hereby give their approval to Orange <br />County's application for matching funds and technical <br />assistance under the North Carolina Land Records Management <br />Program (LRMP), under the provisions of N.C.G.S. 102 -15 <br />through -17; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that: <br />1. The application for grant assistance for FY 1992 -93 <br />be in the amount of $74,000. <br />2. Orange County has the necessary funds in its Capital <br />Projects Fund-for FY 1992 -93 to match the grant <br />.amount awarded under the LRMP and will assign said <br />funds to this project upon notice of the award. <br />3.
