707 <br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE <br />Grey Moody, of 1200 Airport Road, Chapel Hill,, North <br />Carolina, hereby leases to the County of Orange, North Carolina, <br />c/o Department of Purchasing and Central Services, Post Office Box <br />8181,.Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278, for a term beginning the <br />1st day of July, 1992, and continuing for a maximum period of six <br />(6) years, including extensions and renewals, if any, for the <br />following property: <br />All that certain lot. or parcel of land <br />situated in the Town of Carrboro, Chapel Hill <br />Township, Orange County, North Carolina and <br />more particularly,described as Tract 3 in the <br />July 28, 1986 deed from Grey B. Moody and wife <br />Jeanette W. Moody to Grey B.
