10 <br />INFORMATION NETWORKING PROTECT <br />CAPITAL PROTECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Orange County Board of County Commissioners that pusuant to Section 13.2 <br />of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project is <br />hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for improvements in Orange County's methods of <br />information processing. The project will be financed by appropriations from the <br />County Capital Reserve Fund, grant funds from the State of North Carolina, and <br />user fees. <br />Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br />budget contained herein. <br />Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br />Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund $501,702 <br />Grant Funds 29,000 <br />Charges for Services 448, <br />Total Revenue $578,702 <br />Section 4. The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Information Networking Project $578,702 <br />Section 5. This ordinance supersedes all previous Information Networking Capital Project <br />Ordinances. <br />Section 6.
