Pfip G -as -�; -�' <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement <br />of the 29th day of August, 1983 <br />LESSOR and Joint Orange- Chatham <br />TENANT, for space to be used as <br />nutrition site at the Southern <br />Hill, NC; <br />ORIGINAL SIGNATURES <br />CCc <br />was made and entered into as <br />by and between Orange County, <br />Community Action, Inc., <br />a Community Center and a <br />iuman Services Center, Chapel <br />WHEREAS, the LESSOR and the TENANT wish to renew the <br />lease agreement as amended. <br />NOW THEREFORE, LESSOR AND TENANT mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of three years commencing on July 1, 1992 and ending <br />at 12 :00 midnight on the day of June 30, 1995. <br />2.
