17, <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAR "OLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />ORIGINAL SIGN A f U?"_ u <br />COPY # -I- <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br />of the 29th day of August, 1983 by and between Orange County, <br />LESSOR and Joint Orange - Chatham Community Action, Inc., <br />TENANT, for space to be used as a Community Center and <br />space to be used as a Nutrition Site . at the Northern Human <br />Services Center, Cedar Grove, NC; <br />WHEREAS, the LESSOR and the TENANT wish to renew the <br />lease agreement as amended. <br />NOW THEREFORE, LESSOR AND TENANT mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of three years commencing on July 1, 1992 and ending <br />at 12:00 midnight on the day of June 30, 1995. <br />2.
