Should all collections of recyclables and waste be <br />integrated under the Orange Regional Landfill? <br />E. Should recycling be conducted by labor and equipment <br />owned by each individual jurisdiction with continued <br />public garbage collection by individual jurisdictions? <br />1. Agricultural and Other Collections <br />The work of the Orange County Solid Waste Committee would be <br />integral to development of the rural options. <br />
