46 <br />§ 40A•11. Right of entry prior to condemnation. <br />Any condemnor without ha,ing filed a petition or complaint. <br />depositing any sum or taking any other action proti -ided for in this <br />Chapter. ►s authorized to enter upon any lands, but not structures. <br />to make surveys, borings. examinations. and appraisals as may be <br />necessary or expedient in carr ; -i-g out and performing its r►�hts or <br />duties under this Chapter.
