Joyce provides operations management consulting <br />services in Virginia and west Virginia. <br />Joyce Engineering was selected by the Landfill owners' Group to be <br />our consultant after a lengthy process which included a national <br />search, and several interviews. They were selected in part because <br />the firm works only on landfills, including site selection, <br />design <br />and operation. we believed that a firm with landfill operating <br />experience was desirable, insofar as operating experience can <br />translate into superior design and selection ability. <br />We have never discussed with any employee of Joyce Engineering the <br />possibility that they might operate our landfill.'
