Rowe <br />Director <br />The second distribution of funds collected by the Food and Lodging Fees <br />Collection Program are now being offered to Orange County Health Department. <br />According to records provided by your department, we have computed your <br />compliance with mandated inspections, and find that the overall compliance rate for <br />your county is 99.7 %. This compliance rate allows us to offer you an additional <br />$2,635.87 in funds from the state. If your records indicate a different compliance <br />rate, please let me know by March 23, 1992. <br />In order to claim these funds, please complete budget pages, and submit them <br />to Johnsie Robinson, Purchase. and Contrar.•t Section, Post Office Box 27697, Raleigh, <br />North Carolina 27611 -7687 by March 31 1992. <br />There will be a third and final distribution of funds to those counties which <br />have 100% compliance with the mandatory inspection requirements.
