Cobey, Jr., Secretary Director <br />TO: Local Health Directors <br />W <br />FROM: Ann Wolfe; M.D. , M.P.H. <br />SUBJECT: Correction to January 29, 1992 Memorandum <br />It has been brought to our attention that there is an error in my January 29, <br />1992 memorandum concerning supplemental Healthy Mothers /Healthy Children Block <br />Grant allocations. The last paragraph should read as follows: <br />...Section 170. Chapter 130A -41 of the North Carolina General Statutes <br />prohibits use of state and federal MCH funds to su lant local funds.
