P. <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br />RENEWAL <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />ORANGE COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, a lease agreement was made and entered into as <br />of the 5th day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue <br />Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. <br />of the First Part, and Orange Count , LESSOR, Party <br />Second Part, for premises known as he Efland RescueoUnite <br />Building in Efland, North Carolina. <br />WHEREAS, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the <br />following: <br />1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period <br />of one year commencing on July 1, 1992 and terminate <br />at 12:00 midnight on June 30, 1993. <br />2. The County will add the building to.itts property <br />insurance policy, effective July 1, 1990. <br />3.
