10 <br />i <br />Attached is a sumary which details each county's Healthy Mothers/Healthy <br />Children allocation for FX 1991 -92 and FY 1992 -93. To budget your FY 1991 -92 <br />allocation, forward the necessary contract budget revision(s) to Barry <br />Goldstein, Deputy Director of this Division. The FY 1992 -93 allocation will be <br />included in your FY 1992 -93 budgetary guidance. A brief (no more than one <br />pLqe1_ narrative describiM how the additional funds will be used must a <br />the budget revisions . A copy of the revision ests and justification <br />narrative must also be sent to oyouur Regional M21 Supervisor. <br />We are plea -sera that we can offer this additional assjst x_ e. please rmTenber, <br />however, that the Section 170. Chapter 130A -41 of the North Carolina Statutes <br />prdu bits use of the state and federal MCH funds to supplement local funds.
