This Agreement <br />shall not be amended or modified, nor shall any rights created or <br />conferred hereunder by released, except by a writing signed by the <br />party to be charged. <br />6.05 No JOINT VENTURE. Nothing in this Agreement shall <br />constitute, or shall be construed as constituting, Lessor and <br />Lessee as joint venturers. <br />6.OG No THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARIES. With the exception of <br />those persons contemplated by paragraph 6.01 hereof, neither party <br />intends to confer any rights under this Agreement upon any third <br />party; the benefits and burdens of the Agreement shall accrue tea" <br />and bind only the parties hereto and standing to enforce this <br />Agreement shall rest exclusively in such parties. <br />6.07 SURVIVAL.
