In such event, Lessor may retake <br />Possession without process of law and without in any way being <br />liable to Lessee for damages, trespass, unlawful entry or the like. <br />Lessor may at its option, declare this Agreement terminated. The <br />rights conferred upon Lessor hereunder shall be in addition to and <br />not exclusive of all other rights and remedies provided in this <br />Agreement and by law. <br />Vi. <br />6.01 PARTIES. The terms, conditions and covenants contained <br />herein shall bind and inure to the benefit of the heirs, <br />successors, assigns, executors and administrators of the Lessor and? <br />Lessee. <br />6.02 NOTICE. All notices required or permitted in this <br />Agreement shall be deemed sufficiently given when made in writing <br />and deposited in the United States mails with postage prepaid and <br />addressed to the parties at the following addresses: <br />Lessor: 2 Crow Hollow <br />Chapel bill, North Carolina 27514 <br />Lessee: P.
