7 <br />92 06/22 16:29 V9 19- 490--9710 <br />BWWN AND Bev n Sj <br />11 <br />Lessee and brought into orange County; Lessee shall also PaY all <br />license tees, occupation taxes, privilege taxes and permit fees <br />incidental to the use of the Premises during the term of this <br />Agreement. Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless Lessor against <br />any damages caused by Lessee's failure to pay the taxes specified <br />herein. should Lessor pay any of these taxes on Lessee's behalf, <br />Lessee shall reimburse Lessor for the expense thereof on or before <br />the due date of the next following rental installment; provided, <br />however, Lessee shall have the right to contest in good faith by <br />legal proceedings or otherwise the assessment upon the premises by <br />any governmental authority levying or Attempting to levy taxes <br />thereon, and Lessor shall not interfere with and shall assist <br />Lessee where reasonably necessary, but at no expense to Lessor, in <br />svah protest. In the event Lessee shall determine to contest such <br />taxes, Lessee shall within the time herein set for payment of such <br />taxers post with Lessor a goad and sufficient surety bond in an <br />amount not less than one hundred twenty -five percent (125 %) of the <br />taxes so contested conditioned upon the Lessee paying all taxes. <br />penalties, interest and costs which may be determined to be due <br />upon the Premises. <br />(c) tnsuran e. <br />(1} err a c u <br />s an e.
