The following terms shall have these <br />meanings: <br />(a) "Lessee" shall mean Orange County, North Carolina, a <br />Political subdivision of the state of North Carolina, with an <br />office at P. O. Box 8181, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278. <br />(b) "Lessor" shall mean E &D Unlimited, a North Carolina <br />general, partnership, c/o 2 Crow Hollow, Chapel Hill, Orange County, <br />North Carolina. <br />
