Measures to control smoke, fall -out , and other fireworks <br />by- products: <br />A. Avery and Parker Residence Halls will be fully occupied <br />by Women's Soccer Camp for Junior and Senior High <br />Students. Contact person is Mrs. Katherine Rummell at <br />966 -5966. Mrs. Rummell will notify staff and campers to <br />stay clear of Ramshead Parking Lot, Kenan Field House <br />Area and Ehringhous Field. <br />B. No fireworks or displays will be used within the <br />stadium. The Master of Ceremonies will make a public <br />address announcement that no fireworks will be <br />permitted within the stadium. <br />C. Two fire units will be assigned to the Ramshead Parking <br />Lot for control and safety of the immediate discharge <br />area. A third unit will be assigned to Ridge Road at <br />the direction of Command Post. <br />D. Chapel Hill Fire Department will have firemen with <br />water fire extinguishers assigned within the Stadium. <br />E. The Ramshead Parking-Lot <br />restricted until the area <br />Chapel Hill Fire Marshall <br />duds. <br />(discharge site) will be <br />is declared safe by the <br />due to possible misfires or <br />F.. After the site is declared safe, the Ramshead Parking <br />._Lot will be swept /vacuumed by the Town of Chapel Hill. <br />6. Spectator seating will be on the North side of the Stadium <br />with lower decks completely open and the upper West end of <br />the stadium will be open for spectators.
