The County certifies that it presently has in effect an affirmative action program. The County shall in all solicitations or advertisements for contractors or employees placed by or on behalf of the County state that the County is an "Equal Opportunity Employer". The County agrees that it is fully cognizant of the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to Title III of the Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, and/or applicable State and Federal Law, and that all services will be performed in strict conformity to such existing regulations and any such regulations validly promulgated subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. The County shall be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of the Notification of Grant Award executed by the Area Agency and the North Carolina Division of Aging. Said Notification of Grant Award is on file in the office of the Area Agency, and is hereby made a part of this Agreement as fully as if the same were attached hereto. 16. Data ig t& Furnishgd County. All information which is existing, readily available to the Area Agency without cost and reasonably necessary, as determined by the Area Agency's staff, for the performance of this Agreement by the County shall be furnished to the County and community service providers without charge by the Area Agency.
