Orange County <br />June 2, 1992 <br />Page Two <br />4. Paragraph 1 of Exhibit F of the Agreement is to be deleted <br />in its entirety and the following is to be inserted in its place: <br />1. Training. HAI shall provide two (2) employee and <br />two (2) supervisory group orientation /training sessions as <br />defined in paragraph 4 of Exhibit A, free of charge. If <br />additional training is requested by Employer, Employer shall <br />pay HAI, upon receipt of HAI's invoice, the sum of one hundred <br />fifty dollars and no cents ($150.00) per hour, plus expenses. <br />5.
