North Carolina General Statute and <br />P.L. 96 -272 require the agency to maintain expert legal <br />capability in certain program areas. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends approval of the contract <br />for Fiscal Year 1992 -93 and authorization for the <br />Chair to sign. <br />
