11 <br />cooperatively with the Hospital staff and the social work <br />staff of any county Department of Social Services to make <br />appropriate referrals of patients and family members with <br />Problems not related to' eligibility determinations. <br />6. As an employee of Orange County, the social Worker I <br />shall be directly supervised by and accountable to the <br />Orange County Department of Social Services. Due to the <br />nature of this agreement and the working relationship with <br />the Hospital, it is necessary that close contact be kept with <br />the Hospital administration and certain members of the <br />Hospital medical staff. In recognition of this factor, the <br />Director of Fiscal Services of the Hospital shall name a <br />staff member to act as liaison between the Social Worker T, <br />the departments of the hospital and other staff personnel. <br />Changes in duties and /or basis of financial participation may <br />be made after prior written approval and agreement between <br />the Hospital, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and <br />Orange County Department of Social Services. Any changes in <br />this agreement to add personnel will require the approval of <br />the Orange County Board of Social Services and County <br />Commissioners. <br />7. This Agreement shall be for the term July 1, 1992 to <br />June 30, 1993. <br />N <br />
