We explained <br />that opening this road assures accessibility for fire <br />apparatus and other emergency vehicles from both directions <br />during times of emergencies. Mr. Hopkins agreed that opening <br />this road was possible and that a request be submitted to the <br />Department of Transportation. <br />To that end, I am requesting that discussions with the <br />developers and the Department of Transportation be held to <br />ensure that this road be will be opened. <br />If I can be of further assistance, please contact me. <br />
