If the applicant can provide a second <br />access (other than by the extension of New Hope <br />Springs Road to Davis Road) to the subdivision as part <br />of the development of Section Two, the right -of -way <br />will be released by the County to the developer and /or <br />property owner(s), and the cul -de -sac circle may be <br />paved. If no other access can be provided, the <br />applicant, as part of Section Two, must construct the <br />connection of New Hope Springs Road to Davis Road and <br />eliminate the temporary turnaround. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the <br />Preliminary Plan for New Hope Springs - South, Section <br />One, with public roads built to State standards, and <br />subject to the conditions contained in the attached <br />Resolution of Approval and subject to the Planning <br />Staff recommendation regarding the extension of New <br />Hope Springs Road to Davis Road. The latter <br />recommendation will require that condition B.7. be <br />ammended to reflect the Planning Staff recommendation. <br />
