They <br />have produced close to 1,500 new jobs, invested $57.6 <br />million, and absorbed 1.4 million square feet of space. <br />* 7 of the top 10 private businesses have expanded or <br />announced expansions in the past 2 years <br />* 4 of the top 5 manufacturers have added.facilities and <br />employees in the past 2 years <br />RECOMMENDAtION(S): The manager recommends the Board of Commissioners accept <br />the report for information. <br />
