The charge to the Managers' Committee <br />was expressed in slightly different forms by the <br />elected boards of each governmental unit which <br />appointed a representative to the task force. (Please <br />refer to Endnote #3, page 23 and Appendix E of the <br />report.) <br />The Managers' Committee presented the report to the <br />CCC May 18, 1991. The recommendation from the <br />committee is to pursue a preliminary dialogue process <br />as described on pages 19 -21 of the report that would <br />identify interests and concerns shared by the major <br />stakeholder groups, explore previously unasked and <br />unanswered questions relevant to the relocation issue <br />and determine if there is a sufficient basis for <br />developing a mutually satisfactory solution. <br />
