Concept Plan of Raineywood, and Access <br />to the Davis Property off of SR 1009 and SR 1129 <br />Dear Mr. Kirk: <br />This letter is a follow up to your phone conversation with <br />Joey Hopkins, Highway Maintenance Engineer concerning the <br />subject items. <br />1. We have no comment on the petition to abandon right - <br />of -way in Wolf's Pond subdivision because the area <br />was never developed and no one has ingress or <br />egress. <br />2. The concept plan for Raineywood should have sight <br />distance easements at Daniels Farm Road and the <br />right -of= -way should tie in with radii and not an <br />angle. <br />3.
