Surgical <br />board plans <br />move to <br />j Hill <br />The American Board of Or- <br />thopaedic Surgery is relocating . <br />its headquarters from Chicago <br />to Chapel Hill. <br />Tiese Architects of Chapel <br />Hill designed the building <br />(20,000 square feet).
