This is a part of our con-
sulting that we want to increase, however, lending activity was
depressed throughout last year. The clients that we worked with to
prepare loan packages totalled over $1,000,000, but only $200,000
was attained from external and internal sources.
The actual impact that the SBTDC can have on economic development
and area businesses will be continually stronger with referrals
from the business leaders, area lenders, and other small business
providers in the community. To supplement our own outreach, we
invite the community leaders to visit our Center and explore f irst-
hand how we work and the optimum ways we can provide our services.
