r <br />r <br />M <br />3 <br />ENHANCED 911 PROJECT <br />CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br />Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section <br />13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the <br />following capital project is hereby adopted. <br />Section 1. The project authorized is for the implementation of the <br />Enhanced 911 Emergency Telephone System throughout Orange <br />County. The project will be financed by subscriber fees. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 3. <br />Section 4. <br />Section 5. <br />The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed <br />with the project within the budget contained herein. <br />The following revenue is anticipated to complete this <br />project: <br />Charges for Services <br />$600,000 <br />The following amount is appropriated for this project: <br />Enhanced 911 Project <br />$600,000 <br />This ordinance shall be in effect from the date of adoption <br />until April 1, 1992. <br />Adopted this 1 day of June, 1992. <br />
