4 <br />filing fees which are required to be paid in conjunction with <br />services provided by the Attorneys under this agreement. <br />6. Attorneys may, but are not obligated to, attend at least <br />one regional training session on Child Support Enforcement per year <br />conducted by the State Child Support Enforcement Agency. <br />Reimbursement for attendance shall be made based upon an hourly <br />rate of $45.00 but not to exceed a maximum of $200.00 for the full <br />two -day session or $100 for each day attended or such amount as set <br />by the State Child Support Enforcement Agency. With the prior <br />approval of the Orange County Child Support Enforcement Director, <br />Attorneys may attend training functions other than those conducted <br />by the State Child Support Enforcement Agency. If attendance is <br />approved, Attorneys shall be reimbursed for travel and per diem at <br />the prevailing Orange County rate. Attorneys shall not be <br />reimbursed at the hourly rate for attendance at any such non -State <br />Child Support Enforcement Agency training function. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said parties have executed this Contract <br />in triplicate originals, one of which is to be retained by County, <br />one of which is to be retained by Attorneys and one of which is to <br />be filed with the: Child Support Enforcement Section, Division of <br />Social Services of the Department of Human Resources, Raleigh, <br />North Carolina. <br />COLEMAN, <br />
