We have no comment on the petition to abandon right- - <br />of -way in Wolf's Pond subdivision because the area <br />was never developed and no one has ingress or <br />egress. <br />2. The concept plan for Raineywood should have sight <br />distance easements at Daniels Farm Road and the <br />right -of -way should tie in with radii and not an <br />angle. <br />3.
