(732 -5029) <br />Subject: WHITE OAK sub - division change from a minor to a major sub - division <br />Gentlemen: <br />This lets. r has reference to the minor concept plan whereas, the class "B" <br />road has been completed as desired by rue and in accordance v,ith the <br />regulations as set forth by the plan. <br />It has retained a beautiful forested and scenic character with rolling hills <br />and mature hardwood as well as v+ilo -life habitat. It stands to serve the <br />sub- division well in respect to placement, drainage, elevat ions, maintaimnce <br />and etc. <br />It was felt at the beginning, due to the econorics, present day cost of land, <br />the expense in developing, it wuuu l d justify a beaak -down in the four larre <br />pascals of land to eight which I r.,L, now reauestinc. <br />in this major concept plan, there will be () 2 -plus acre lots and (6) <br />3 -plus lots. The seperate lot facing Old Chapel Hill - Hillsborough Road, <br />beside the entrance of sub - division has been joined with its outlet to <br />White Oak Drive as, you requested in the minor concept plan.
