same shall be due to any strike, lockout, civil commotion, war -like operation, invasion, <br />M rebellion, hostilities, military, or usurped power, sabotage, governmental regulations or controls, <br />through Act of God or other cause beyond the control of the Landlord. <br />ARTICLE II <br />19 Oz Iy <br />2.1 BASIC RENT <br />The Tenant hereby agrees to pay the Landlord without demand at its office, or at such <br />other place or places as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, the following rents <br />for the aforesaid leased premises, for the term of this lease, to wit: <br />(a) Rent: The annual rent during the term of this lease shall be as shown below.
