2 <br />The Board can amend the five year lease with Elliot Center <br />Investors to increase the County's share of the lease amount <br />or allocate $4,455 to the Senior Center as a County non - <br />departmental agency. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Manager recommends that the Board appropriate a total <br />of $4,455 from the 1991 -92 Commissioners' Contingency <br />fund; and that the Board directs the Manager to <br />execute a sub -lease between the County and the Friends <br />of the,Chapel Hill Senior Center which will reflect <br />the terms and the conditions of the lease between the <br />County and Elliot Street Investors; and further that <br />the Board.re- affirm their commitment to continue the <br />existing terms and conditions of the lease, in which <br />the rent share paid by the Friends of the Chapel Hill <br />Senior Center will be as follows: <br />Year 2 and 3: $ 23,508 /annum <br />Year 4: $ 27,180 /annum <br />Year 5: $ 28,644 /annum <br />11 <br />0 <br />11 <br />
