The options were as <br />follows: <br />(1) Ground Floor (6,102 @ $8.00 /s.f.) $ 48,816 <br />Mezzanine (1,485 @ $3.00 /s.f.) 4_,455 <br />Total Annual Lease $ 53,271 <br />(2) Base square footage leased by County <br />Ground floor (6,102 @ $8.00 /s.f.) $ 48,816 <br />Mezzanine (1,485 @ $ .00 /s.f.) 0 <br />Square footage supported by Private funds <br />Ground floor (2,938 @ $8.00 /s.f.) 23,504 <br />Mezzanine (715 @ $ 0 /s.f.) 0 <br />Total Annual Lease 1 $ 72,320 <br />On May 6, 1991 the Board approved option 2 with a County <br />contribution of $48,816 and the Friends of the Chapel Hill <br />Senior Center funding the remaining $23,504. <br />During the discussions representatives of the Senior Center <br />interpreted the County contribution to be $53,271. Therefore, <br />the representatives have recently requested additional funding <br />of $4,455. <br />C7 <br />
