Parking <br />area shall be located outside of building <br />setbacks. <br />d) No equipment or process shall be employed that <br />will cause noise, glare, odor or electrical <br />interference at the lot line (in the case of <br />detached dwelling units), or outside or in the <br />abutting dwelling unit (in the case of attached <br />dwelling units). <br />Article 6.16.6.2 Additional Provisions for All Residential <br />Districts Except RB, AR and R -1. <br />a) No external evidence of a home occupation shall be <br />visible except for a single sign up to two (2) <br />square feet in area. <br />b) No more than thirty -five percent (35 %) of the <br />total floor area or five hundred (500) square feet <br />whichever is less, may be used for a home <br />occupation. <br />C) All activities associated with the home occupation <br />must be conducted within the residence. <br />d) No more than one (1) individual not living in the <br />residence may work in the home occupation. <br />Article 6.16.6.3 Additional Requirements for Some occupations <br />in RB, AR and R -1 Districts <br />Article 6.16.6.3.1 For All Lots <br />a) No more than two (2) individuals not living in the <br />residence may work in the home occupation. <br />b) Accessory buildings, outdoor storage areas and <br />parking areas shall be adequately screened from <br />view of the roads and adjacent properties by a <br />densely planted evergreen hedge, shrubs or trees, <br />or a six (6) foot stockade fence and deciduous <br />plant materials. <br />C) Accessory buildings - Where a home occupation is <br />located in an accessory structure. The floor area <br />of an accessory structure used, in whole or part, <br />for a home occupation shall generally not exceed <br />the square footage limitation of the home <br />occupation itself.
