46 <br />50 -jx 880 P'-' 59S <br />permits will be approved for additions /renovations <br />without prior approval from DEM and approval of an <br />amendment to this Special Use Permit. <br />4. The final site plan and supporting documentation for <br />the project, incorporating all changes, deletions, and <br />additions through the final approval of the project, <br />are incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br />Development Special Use Permit. Copies of the final <br />site plan and supporting documentation are on file in <br />the Orange County Planning and Inspections Department. <br />Any applicable permits, upon application, may be issued <br />after approval and recordation of the Special Use <br />Permit. <br />5. The development shall be built and operated according <br />to the site plan and attachments supplied by the <br />developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br />6. If any of the above conditions is held invalid, the <br />Special Use Permit shall become null and void. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Orange County has caused this instrument <br />to be executed in its name as evidence of the issuance of <br />said permit, and the undersigned being all of the property <br />owners of the property above described, have executed this <br />instrument in evidence of their acceptance of said Special <br />Use Permit as a covenant running with the land. <br />
