Section 17.1 of Chapter 4¢0 of the 1987 Session Laws reads ; <br />' "Sec. 17.1. Section 17 of this act shall apply only to Or County, and applit <br />only withi,rr the planning jurisdiction of Orange County. Section 18.1 of Chapter 460 of the 1987 Session Laws_ reads <br />rewritten: <br />-- "Sec. 18.1. Section 18 of this act shall apply only to Orange County, and applit <br />' only within the planning jurisdiction of Orange County.
