A Technical Report on the Calculation of Proportionate Impact Fees <br />for Financing Public School Ca ital Needs; and <br />WHEREAS, Title VI, Chapter 450 of the 1987 Session Laws of <br />North Carolina authorizes Orange County to fix, impose, and collect <br />impact fees in its planning jurisdiction for capital needs, <br />including public schools; and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 324 of the 1991 Session Laws of North <br />Carolina authorizes Orange County to fix, impose, and collect <br />impact fees for public school capital improvements throughout the <br />county, including the municipalities located therein and their <br />extraterritorial planning jurisdictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDAINED by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Orange County, North Carolina that the <br />ORANGE COUNTY EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE is hereby <br />adopted. <br />This the day of , 19 <br />Commissioner <br />resolution and Commissioner <br />moved the passage of the foregoing <br />seconded the motion, and <br />the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />2 <br />f <br />
