9 1) <br />that time that the Planning Department's <br />recommendation is presented. <br />Plannin Departmgnt Recomme dat'on <br />The Planning Department prepared the proposed <br />Subdivision Regulations text amendment and presented <br />it to the Ordinance Review Committee of the Planning <br />Board. The proposal has been recommended by that <br />Committee, and the Planning Department concurs with <br />the recommendation. Provided the Planning Board and <br />Board of Commissioners find in the affirmative, the <br />Planning Department recommends approval of the <br />proposed amendment to Section V -D -6 -b of the <br />Subdivision Regulations. <br />No decision is made on the proposed amendment by <br />either the Planning Board or the Board of <br />Commissioners at the public hearing. Instead, the <br />Planning Board has 75 days within which to prepare and <br />submit a recommendation to the Board of Commissioners, <br />Failure of the Planning Board to submit a recommenda- <br />tion within the required time shall be considered a <br />favorable recommendation. <br />Administration Recommendation <br />The Administration recommends that the proposed amend <br />be referred to the Planning Board for a recommendation <br />to be returned to the Board of Commissioners no sooner <br />than August 3, 1992. <br />
