Requests for a rezoning, <br />planned development and /or special use permit may only be <br />considered at subsequent hearings or meetings following <br />approval of the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Planning Department To Act As Staff To Planning Board <br />The Director of Planning, under the direction of the County <br />Manager, shall provide staff service of the Planning <br />Department to assist the Planning Board in carrying out its <br />duties. <br />Board of Adjustment <br />oard of Adjustment, Establishment 21 <br />2.3.1.1 A Board of Adjustment is hereby established.
