more than one hundred (100) acres; <br />C) A correction of an error or omission; or <br />d) Revisions to any factual or descriptive material. <br />2.2.14.3 Consider ation off, Amendments <br />2.2.15 <br />2.3 <br />2.3.1 <br />S7 <br />Except as noted herein, the submission and consideration of <br />applications for proposed amendments to the Comprehensive <br />Plan or portion thereof shall be governed by the procedures <br />contained in Article 20 of this Ordinance. <br />Principal amendments shall only be considered once each <br />year at the quarterly joint public hearing in February. <br />Secondary amendments may be considered four (4) times each <br />year at the quarterly joint public hearings in February, <br />May, August, and November. <br />No proposed amendment is to be considered in conjunction <br />with a rezoning, planned development or special use permit <br />request for the same property. Requests for a rezoning, <br />planned development and /or special use permit may only be <br />considered at subsequent hearings or meetings following <br />approval of the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Planning Department To Act As Staff To Planning Board <br />The Director of Planning, under the direction of the County <br />Manager, shall provide staff service of the Planning <br />Department to assist the Planning Board in carrying out its <br />duties. <br />Board of Adjustment <br />oard of Adjustment, Establishment 21 <br />2.3.1.1 A Board of Adjustment is hereby established. It shall <br />consist of five members, and two alternates, all of who <br />shall be residents of Orange County's Planning <br />Jurisdiction.
