11 <br />THE TASK FORCE FOR THE FUTURE OF HUMAN SERVICES <br />PROPOSAL FOR <br />THE HUMAN SERVICES COORDINATING COUNCIL <br />IN ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />Action Re ested: <br />I. The Task Force requests that the governing bodies of <br />the Association of Community Agencies, the Town of <br />Carrboro, the Town of Chapel Hill, Orange County, and <br />the United Way of Greater Orange formally endorse <br />this proposal to create a Coordinating Council for <br />the human services network within Orange County. <br />II. The Task Force requests that these governing bodies <br />encourage their staff and volunteers to participate <br />in the activities of the Coordinating Council. <br />III.
